How did we get our name?

 

This is a question we get asked a lot!

 

When we set the group up at the beginning of 2015 we didn’t have a name and as the months went by we gradually came up with a list of candidates. We chose '300 Words or Less' because in the early days we tried to set word count for our monthly exercises which pretty much nobody stuck to!

So our name is an ironic commentary on the futility of having guidelines…. 😉
